What is a Usui Reiki healing? For those that may not be aware, Reiki is a form of energy healing. This natural energy healing modality originated in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki accesses Universal Life Force energy through sacred symbols. Why should I have a Reiki Healing? Reiki Healings can have many benefits which can include the following but is not limited to these : - Promoting deep relaxation; - Shifting and clearing blockages or stagnant energy within the body; - Alignment of energy centres being the Chakras; - Facilitating awareness and healing within yourself; - Heal past traumas, even those you may not be entirely aware of; - Awakening intuition and trusting yourself more; - Reducing stress; - Reducing insomnia; - Improving sleep; - Relieving physical pain; and - Improving mental and emotional clarity. These sessions are conducted remotely so no need to be present via zoom. A Distant Reiki session is based on the perception that we are all energy and are connected. So I will tap into your energy and work through your energy to see what needs to be cleared and/moved. After the Healing I will also see if any messages/ guidance need to come through for you. I will endeavour to email you about what came through during the healing and any guidance that came through as well within 24 to 48 hours after the session so please make sure to enter the correct email address. You do receive a reminder of your appointment 24 hours before hand as well. What you may experience during a session: These healings may be something you feel during and after the session, you may feel tingling, pressure in the head region, you may be thirsty or even tired. There are others who don't experience anything at all, but do not worry this does not mean the healing is not working. It is recommended to do these healings frequently to get the optimal benefit. NOTE: These Distance Reiki Healing sessions can also help children. They do not need to be sitting still and can go about their day.
