We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and take extreme care with your products. We check each item before they are packaged and posted to you. At times unfortunately, items can be damaged during transit. If you receive your product and it is damaged or you would like to exchange for something else, then get in touch via our contact form or email us at innerpriestess@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery of your parcel.

Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
